Here at New York Comic Con HQ, we’re looking to make Exhibitor Registration faster and easier. A new requirement this year is pre-show, online registration for Exhibitors.
Each Exhibitor Badge must be registered to your representatives working onsite at the Show. Each representative will receive a confirmation email to pick up their own Badge onsite. We strongly encourage registering their RFID number on the back of their Badge at NewYorkComicCon.com/RFID. This will help us prevent fraud and replace any lost or stolen Badges. And while we discourage Badge sharing, the only time it's appropriate is when it's with another representative of your company. Exhibitor Registration deadline is September 30th.
As an Exhibitor of New York Comic Con, you will receive the following quantity of Badges based on your Booth size:
Small Press: 3 Badges
100 sq ft: 5 Badges
200 sq ft: 7 Badges
300 sq ft: 12 Badges
400 sq ft: 15 Badges
Over 400 sq ft: 3 Badges per 10’ x 10’
*Exhibitors can purchase up to 2 additional Exhibitor Badges per 10x10. These must be purchased via Daniela Vereau at 203-840-5428 or email@example.com by September 30. Exhibitor Badges cannot be purchased onsite.
Exhibitor Badges give access to the Show Floor during move in, Show days and move out (including early access on Show days). Note: Exhibitor Badges will not be mailed. Please bring your confirmation email to the Exhibitor Registration ticket counters which are located through the BLUE entrance of the Javits Center (on the corner of 11th and 35th Streets)to pick up your official NYCC 2014 Badge.
