Tech Checks:

The fifteen minute breaks that we have before all events should provide ample time to setup your equipment and start your panel on time. We have limited availability to schedule tech checks before the show begins if you feel like you need more time to test your presentation. If you would like to schedule a tech check, please contact Katie Ruark.
Tech check availability is limited and will be provided on a first come, first served basis.

Accessibility:

If any panelist requires special access to get on stage or has any other accessibility requirements, please email NYCCPanels@reedexpo.com by end of day on Friday, September 7, 2018 so we can accommodate any specific needs.
