Arrival and Setup:
We ask that you arrive at your panel room at least 10 minutes before your scheduled start time. NYCC allots fifteen minute breaks in between each panel. As soon as the panel before yours has finished, you may begin setting up for your own. If you require assistance setting up your laptop or with any tech, please let a Crew or Staff member know and we’ll be happy to get you the help you need.
Tech Checks:
As we build in fifteen minute breaks before all events, you should have ample time to setup your equipment and be ready to start your panel on time. If you feel as if you need more time to test your presentation, we have limited availability before the show opens for tech checks. If you wish to schedule a tech check, please contact Marykate Nagurney.
