Attention, New York Comic Con attendees! Are you tired of looking for love in Alderaan places? The crew at Sci-Fi Speed Dating — seen earlier this year on Geek Love on TV — returns to NYCC 2012! Plus, Geek Love will be returning as well, and scroll down to the end to find out how you can be part of an upcoming episode!
How's it work?
We will present seven speed dating sessions for interested attendees. Each session will pair participants up on a series of brief dates, and at the end of every session, should you and any of your fellow participants jointly wish to continue the relationship outside the speed dating citadel, you'll be given the chance to give your contact info to the people you liked. It's safe, and easy, and tons of fun! (And, of course, you must be single to participate!) Plus, whether or not you find your soulmate, we'll have trivia contests with giveaways through every session!

Friday – 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM- Friday – 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Friday – 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday – 12:00 – to 2:00 PM
- Saturday – 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
- Saturday – 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Sunday – 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
At this point pre-registration for Speed Dating is full. You can still sign up in person onsite, just come to the outside of the speed dating room before the session you want!
Limited slots will also be available on-site. Note that all slots are first come, first served, and we recommend you arrive a half hour early. We had lines out the door at NYCC last year, and while we aim to accommodate as many fans as we can, we cannot guarantee all attendees entrance into the speed dating sessions. Lastly, while you can be a guy looking for a girl, a girl looking for a guy, a guy looking for a guy, or a girl looking for a girl, you've got to be 18+ to apply.
