Panel Submission Form

Are you a professional, fan, or organization who wishes to present a panel at NYCC 2013?  If so, fill out the form below by 5:00 PM EDT on Tuesday, July 30, 2013.

Please understand that this form is for panels only.  If you are interested in submitting content to be screened, please complete the Screening Submission Form.

Please understand further that panel and screening slots at NYCC are in high demand, but extremely limited. This application does not guarantee you panel time at NYCC and instead only registers your request to hold a panel at our event.

NYCC will respond to all panel requests -- whether they are accepted or not by August 8.

Please note that the choice of Saturday afternoon is missing from this section because the vast majority of our applications choose Saturday afternoon as their preferred time and we are regrettably unable to accommodate most of these requests. If Saturday afternoon is your preferred time, please indicate your second preference above.

The NYCC Content & Talent Team will take your preferences into consideration, but cannot guarantee these times. Times will be chosen based on availability and are subject to change.

 NYCC will take program length into consideration, but may not be able to offer the entire block of time mentioned. Please be prepared to tailor your program to 60 minutes.
*Some NYCC Panels may be live streamed. I give permission to have my panel live streamed if requested by NYCC.
 


*NYCC programming rooms are equipped with microphones, DVD players, projectors, and screens. The rooms have VGA laptop hookups but not laptops. Presenters with presentations are responsible for their own laptops. Further, note that presenters with Macs are responsible for their own VGA adaptors.

 NYCC can facilitate ordering extra tech with the convention center, but is not responsible financially or otherwise for any additional needs beyond what has been outlined above.

*NYCC provides panelists complimentary admission for up to six speakers, including the moderator. Additional passes will need to be purchased or registered for through Fan or Pro Registration, if eligible. Please keep in mind that NYCC habitually sells out of tickets weeks prior to the event. NYCC does not pay speaking fees nor does it cover travel, lodging, or meals.
