NYCC 2015 Exhibitor Registration Hours:
- Tuesday, October 6: 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday, October 7: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Thursday, October 8: 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Friday, October 9: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Saturday, October 10: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Sunday, October 11: 7:00 AM –5:00 PM
We strongly encourage registering your RFID number on the back of your Badge at NewYorkComicCon.com/RFID. This will help us prevent fraud and replace any lost or stolen Badges. And while we discourage Badge sharing, the only time it's appropriate is when it's with another representative of your company.
As an Exhibitor of New York Comic Con, you will receive the following quantity of Badges based on your Booth size:
- Small Press: 3 Badges
- 100 sq ft: 5 Badges
- 200 sq ft: 7 Badges
- 300 sq ft: 12 Badges
- 400 sq ft: 15 Badges
- Over 400 sq ft: 3 Badges per 10’ x 10’
*Exhibitors can purchase up to 2 additional Exhibitor Badges per 10x10. These must be purchased via Robert Rosado at 203-840-5887 or Rob@ReedPOP.com by September 30. Exhibitor Badges cannot be purchased onsite.
Exhibitor Badges give access to the Show Floor during move in, Show days and move out (including early access on Show days). Note: Exhibitor Badges will not be mailed. Please go to the ticket counters which are located through the BLUE entrance of the Javits Center (on the corner of 11th and 35th Streets) to pick up your official NYCC 2015 Badge.

BEWARE of the Fair Guide
Reed Exhibitions and New York Comic Con do NOT support the Fair Guide — it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or New York Comic Con. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Fair Guide from Construct Data, its publisher, which use the name of New York Comic Con – do not be fooled. Construct Data currently operates out of Slovakia (it has previously operated out of Austria and Germany).

Reed Exhibitions and New York Comic Con also do NOT support the Expo-Guide — it is NOT affiliated with Reed Exhibitions or New York Comic Con. Please be aware that you may receive solicitations for the Expo-Guide from Commercial Online Manuals, its publisher, which use the name of New York Comic Con – again, do not be fooled. The Expo-Guide currently operates out of Mexico.

And please remember – the only directories and guides affiliated with Reed Exhibitions are those published by Reed Exhibitions, including the official show directories. If you have any doubts about a directory/guide solicitation using the New York Comic Con name (for example, if the solicitation requires payment made to an address in a foreign country), please contact an New York Comic Con salesperson ASAP.
