AQUA-THERM Moscow is the main meeting point in Russia for the global HVACR industry

 

Aqua-Therm Moscow has confidently established itself as a leader among other industry events and become the main business platform for the industry professionals.

Exhibitors level, constant quality improvement of the services’ level received honored recognition from the visitors’ audience that was reflected in the increased percent of the exhibition visitors (by 42% more visitors in comparison to 2009).

 

Participating in the major international industry events and having negotiations with the leading professional associations, Aqua-Therm Moscow team made industry colleagues interested in the cooperation in the perspective Russian market. Number of successful negotiations with the Spanish industry associations such as AFEC, AMEC ASCON and ASEBAN ensures significant expansion of the Spanish participation in 2011. Productive work at the leading HVACR exhibition Mostra Convegno Expocomfort allows forecast increase in the number of Italian exhibitors at Aqua-Therm Moscow 2011 by 25 %.

 

International associations support   – recognition of high international status

 

 Aqua-Therm Moscow 2011 is supported by Association of German Trade Fair and Industry (AUMA) and by French Agency for international business development (UBIFRANCE).

 

In 2011 Aqua-Therm Moscow will present the National Pavilion of France demonstrating the products of French manufacturers of heating, water supply, ventilation, air conditioning and pool equipment. Like before, French exhibitors will present their novelties in HVACR industry.  

 

One of the largest expositions of Aqua-Therm Moscow 2011 will be introduced in National Pavilion of Germany. Due to the strong interest of German manufacturers to Aqua-Therm Moscow, National Pavilion of Germany will show a 70% growth as compared with 2010 event. Besides, the National Pavilion, accommodated in specialized area “World of Water & Spa”, will double its space as compared with Aqua-Therm 2010. Exposition is supported by German Association for Swimming Pools and Wellness (BSW).

 

Exhibition organizers take pride in that these leading associations trust Aqua-Therm Moscow and view it as a reliable project for business development in Russia.

 

The list of 25 participating countries has been expanded by Great Britain and Portugal.

 

New opportunities for exhibitors of AQUA-THERM Moscow 2011

 

Marketing Request Book brings international exhibitors and regional visitors together at Aqua-Therm

 

In 2010 one of the marketing instruments which not only increase the productivity of organizers’ efforts to deliver target audience, but also increase international exhibitors ROI is Marketing Request Book, emailed to the database of 70 000 distributors in Russia two months prior to the show. During summer period the team is collecting information from international exhibitors (their profile, type of products, what kind of business they would like to do in Russia, what are the requirements to local distributors, etc), translating into Russian, and formatting. The ready Book will help visitors to have an idea what foreign products they can find at Aqua-Them, plan their work at the show more effective and set up meetings with possible international partners in advance.

 

Qualified visitors’ growth – one of key factors of AQUA-THERM’ 2011 success

 

Aqua-Therm Moscow promotion campaign includes the most modern marketing tools such as targeted promotion, scheduled e-mailings via most actual industry data-base, advertising in trade media and Internet, advertising on radio, TV, in metro and outdoor, web-site www.aquatherm-moscow.ru promotion in the search engines, promotion at major international industry events, government and industry associations’ support.

According to the results of the last year campaign the number of professional visitors of Aqua-Therm Moscow 2010 grew by 42 % and reached 16 003 professional visitors.
