Professional Registration

If your application is approved, you will be prompted by email to complete your registration by selecting either the free Pro Thursday ticket or the Pro 4-day ticket.

All application decisions are final. NYCC reserves the right to approve or deny all applications. This decision is final and cannot be appealed. You will not be able to submit further information later on if your application is not approved.

Each Professional ticket is issued individually and is non-transferable. You may not transfer or sell your NYCC Professional ticket and any individuals conducting such behavior will have this badge canceled and be disqualified from Professional tickets at future ReedPop events.

Professional applications will close on August 9. Submissions will not be accepted after this date.

All professional applications submitted before May 20 will hear back about the status of their application before the June 9 Fan Verification Presale.

Please be sure to apply with your professional email to confirm that you are employed at the company and/or organization you are applying with. If you are a freelancer or contractor and typically use your personal email, that is also acceptable. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Applying does not guarantee approval. Every individual applying for a NYCC professional ticket may only apply once.

Professional tickets are non-transferable and non-resaleable. Any individuals caught selling their ticket will be disqualified from attending future ReedPop events. This is non-negotiable.

Each year, NYCC receives thousands of applications. Due to volume, Professional tickets are limited in quantity and will be issued only to professionally employed adults. Tickets will not be issued to children, family, or guests. You must be 18 years or older to qualify for a professional ticket. NYCC reserves the right to approve or deny any application and there is a limit to the number of professional tickets provided to each organization. Decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

NYCC professional tickets provide complimentary access to all four days of the event. Professional tickets are extended as a courtesy of NYCC. As with all ReedPop events, NYCC is a fans-first event which means your professional ticket allows access to panels if space is available.

Your pro badge DOES NOT allow:

• Early or special access into NYCC
• Guaranteed seating at panels and event
• The ability to cut lines
• Free access to any events requiring an additional ticket
