A full table is 6ft long and comes with 2 chairs and 2 exhibitor badges.
A half table is 3ft long and comes with 1 chair and 1 exhibitor badge.
An exhibitor badge will provide you with the same access as a 4-day attendee pass, plus access to the show floor before and after hours for set up/break down.
This year, anyone who has an Exhibitor badge will be able to use the revolving doors at the front of artist ally to enter and exit the building; if you have a scheduled panel or signing in another part of the Javits Center, please allot yourself enough time in order to travel from the Artist Alley to you destination.
All exhibitor badges must be picked up onsite at exhibitor registration, located in the Crystal Palace, right outside the main entrance to the show floor. Badges can be picked up starting Tuesday, October 8 at 2:00 PM..
Additional badges can be purchased by contacting Katie Enos and the price will be $125. Please note the deadline to purchase additional badges is October 1. You will not be able to purchase additional badges on-site.
We recommend you bring an extra chair with you if you know you’ll need it. If you need to order an additional chair you can do so through the Official General Contractor of NYCC, FREEMAN; Please view the exhibitor manual for order information and pricing.
