In addition to the new overall safety precautions, rooms will be cleared between each session for cleaning and sanitization for chairs, podiums, microphones, and other equipment.

Also, yes! Our goal remains the same: bring together our fan communities to celebrate the best pop culture has to offer. Alongside all our physical events, we'll be running a virtual event companion through So, whether you join us in person, there will still be programming opportunities available. When filling out your application, select the option for “I would only like to present my program virtually.” That program may also be streamed to fans at the live event.

We totally understand you or your panel’s situation may change between now and the Fall/Winter. Our content team is planning to periodically check in with all applicants throughout the rest of the year in case your plans change.
