NYCC Ticket Onsale How-To Guide

Everything you need to know about the NYCC Ticket Onsale on May 22 at 10:00 AM ET

As the volatile spring weather tricks us into thinking these are the crisp October mornings we long for, we’re dreaming of being back at the Javits Center with you this fall. Here’s everything you need to know about the NYCC Ticket Onsale this Sunday.

This onsale is for fans who have Fan Verification accounts. If you don’t have an account, you can create one beginning May 23, and will be able to purchase tickets after the general onsale.

VIP & 4-Day Tickets are sold out and will not be available during the onsale. All single day tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis during the onsale. You cannot purchase more than four (4) tickets per type or sixteen (16) tickets total per order.

Getting your unique onsale link

You will receive an email containing your unique onsale link to buy tickets on Fri, May 20. Check that pesky spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox. Remember, your link won't be active until 10:00 AM ET on Sunday, May 22! You'll want to hit refresh right at 10:00 AM if you're on the link earlier than that.

You can also find your unique presale link in your Fan Ver Hub

IMPORTANT: Fan Ver Hub will be closed starting at 8:00 AM ET on Sunday, May 22 and will open again later that afternoon. If you are getting your unique link from your Fan Ver Hub, make sure to grab it before then and put it in a safe place to access on Sunday.

Assigning Tickets

During the onsale for NYCC, you'll be required to assign each individual ticket during checkout. You will not be able to complete your purchase until all your tickets are assigned to yourself and anyone you're buying for.

If the person you're buying for has a Fan Verification account, great! Use that email to assign the ticket to them. PRO TIP: double check that the email address you’re entering is correct. They will be able to log into their Fan Ver Hub in the late afternoon on Sun, May 22.

If the person you're buying for doesn't have a Fan Verification account, no worries! Assign the ticket to their email address and they can create a Fan Verification account on May 23 until September. PRO TIP: to make things easier, make sure your friend Fan Verifies with the email you used to assign them a ticket.

Managing your tickets after Purchase

After you purchase your tickets during the onsale, you can manage your NYCC tickets directly in our Fan Verification hub! Here you’ll find the NYCC tickets you've purchased or have been assigned to. Make sure to accept the transfer of any tickets assigned to you so you can participate in our exhibitor exclusive and panel reservations. You will be able to log into your Fan Ver Hub in the late afternoon on Sun, May 22.

Creating a Fan Ver Account to Accept Tickets

If a friend was able to buy tickets for you and assign them to your non-Fan Verified email during the onsale, this is for you! In order to accept this ticket, you will have to create a Fan Ver account. If you don't create a Fan Ver account and accept the tickets assigned to you, you won't be able to participate in any of our exhibitor exclusives or panel reservations or have access to the NYCC 2023 Fan Ver Ticket Presale. Your ticket will just sit in limbo and you'll be able to attend the event, but you won't be able to do any of the extra cool stuff we got goin' on.
