Artist Alley Table Request

Here is your chance to be a part of the New York Comic Con Artist Alley for 2018!

Please fill out this registration form completely and fully. Please note that Artist Alley is curated and NOT first come, first serve; the order that we receive applications does not have an impact on whether you receive a table.

Space is limited and this form will close on Friday, May 18, 2018.

As many of you know, last year we were in Hall 1E and we got some feedback was that it was hot and a bit crowded (even for NYCC). Well this year to help with that we’re headed to Hall 1B where higher ceilings and a larger floorplan will help us alleviate those problems. Please email Mike Miller if you have any questions about this move.

Instructions for obtaining an Artist Alley table:

  1. Fill out the following table request form (this is not a contract). Registration will close at 5:00 PM PST on Friday, May 11, 2018.
    Please limit your application to one creator submission; we cannot accept applications from publishers or other group submissions.
  2. We will contact all artists at 5:00 PM PST on Friday, May 25, 2018 with the status of their registration.
  3. If your request is accepted you will then be sent a contract and you will need to send in your signed agreement with payment no later than Friday, August 3, 2018.

All artists who are accepted will be welcome to purchase a full 6’ table and two Badges for $500, or a half of one of those tables with 1 badge for $300. You must pay in full by Friday, August 3, 2018 in order to reserve your space, so please plan accordingly.
