We encourage you to pre-purchase Autographs as sessions can sell out quickly and ATM lines can be long at the show.
Only Select Autographs are available for presale. If you notice someone you want to get an Autograph from does not have Autographs available (and it doesn’t say SOLD OUT on Epic’s website) that means those Autographs will only be available to purchase onsite at NYCC at that specific guest’s Autographing table.

Photo Op Info
You are welcome to have up to 4 individuals & any children under 3 per Photo Op ticket (not counting the celebrities).
For your comfort we have implemented a "group" system much like the zone system used in airports. Select Photo Ops are subdivided into 10-minute sessions per group - ex. Group 1 starts at 5:00 PM, Group 2 at 5:10 PM, Group 3 at 5:20 PM, etc. This allows you to only arrive a few minutes before your group's start time rather than wait an hour or more.

NYCC Photo Ops and Autographs Know Before You Go
Understanding Your Purchases
Autographs: If you purchased an Autograph from Epic Experiences, all Autographing will be down in Hall 1A. Please check digital signage for guests table numbers or speak to a crew member to guide you to the line.
There were many guests that did not pre-sell Autographs. If you would like to purchase for one of those guests, you may do so directly at their Autographing table.
Photo Ops: If you purchased a professional Photo Op (not a selfie) from Epic Experiences, all Photo Ops will take place in the back of Hall 1C. If you would like to purchase a Photo Op with cash, you may do so at the Epic Experiences customer service booth in the same area (as long as they did not sell out online and are still available for purchase).
Hot Flips Plastic Photo Protector: If your purchase includes a Hot Flips Plastic Photo Protector, you may pick it up in either the middle of Hall 1A or in the back of Hall 1C next to Photo Ops. Look for the bright orange Hot Flips banner! Please present your QR code to redeem. If you did not receive a QR code or have lost it, please speak to Epic Customer Service at the back of Hall 1C.
You may also purchase a plastic photo protector from Hot Flips directly via cash or card.
JSA Autograph Authentication: If you purchased JSA Autograph Authentication, you may redeem that at the front of the Autographing Hall in 1A or at the JSA booth on the main Show Floor at Booth #3001 (CGC), or #HB906 (CGC x JSA).
How To Keep Up To Date: Autographing schedules can sometimes change throughout the weekend. We HIGHLY suggest that you download the official NYCC mobile app for the most up to date information.
NYCC Autograph Drop-Off
Can’t attend NYCC on the day your favorite guest is appearing? Not attending NYCC at all? The NYCC Autograph Drop-Off program gives you another way to get your personal item signed without waiting in an autograph line.
Purchase your autograph through the designated Signet Collectibles link, bring your item to Registration in the Crystal Palace before your guest’s deadline, and we’ll take it from there. Your item will be signed during a private signing session and can be picked up later in the show or shipped to you after NYCC.
No NYCC badge is required to participate. Registration is located before the badge-controlled entrance at the Javits Center.

Important: Signet Collectibles Purchase Required
The NYCC Autograph Drop-Off program is available only for autographs purchased through the designated Signet Collectibles link.
Autographs purchased through Epic Photo Ops cannot be transferred to or fulfilled through the drop-off program. If you purchase an autograph through Epic Photo Ops, you must attend the guest’s regularly scheduled autograph session and have your item signed through the standard onsite process.
How It Works
1. Purchase Your Drop-Off Autograph
The Signet Collectibles pre-purchase link will open one week before NYCC. Pricing varies by guest and item type. Each purchase includes one signature from the selected guest on your personal item.
Purchasing in advance reserves your signing spot and allows you to complete your information before arriving at Registration.
2. Check Your Confirmation
After completing your purchase, Signet Collectibles will send you a purchase confirmation with instructions for dropping off and retrieving your item. Follow the instructions in your confirmation and have them available when you arrive.
3. Choose Pickup or Shipping
During checkout, you can choose to pick up your signed item at NYCC or pay to have it shipped to you after the show.
4. Drop Off Your Item
Bring your personal item to ‘Autographing Drop-Off’ Registration Desk in the Crystal Palace before the deadline listed for your selected guest.
Registration is located before the badge-controlled entrance, so you do not need an NYCC badge to drop off or pick up an item.
5. We’ll Take It from There
Your item will be signed during the guest’s private signing session. Guests will not be present when items are dropped off or picked up.
This is strictly a drop-off service and does not include meeting the guest, watching your item be signed, taking a photo with the guest, or admission to NYCC.
6. Pick Up Your Signed Item
If you selected onsite pickup, you will be emailed when your item is ready to be picked up. Return to Registration in the Crystal Palace during your guest’s designated pickup window and follow the instructions provided by Signet Collectibles.
All items must be collected by Sunday, October 11 at 5:00 PM.
If you select onsite pickup but do not collect your item by the deadline, Signet Collectibles will contact you after NYCC with a link to purchase the required shipping and handling.

You don’t have to wait until the final day to drop off your item. Early drop-off is encouraged. Items cannot be accepted after the deadline for the selected guest.
Please note that the Thursday deadline for Sebastian Stan, Rosario Dawson, Matt Smith and Paul Bettany is 5:00 PM, even though Registration remains open until 8:00 PM.

Photo Op FAQs
Photo Ops are a very quick process to provide you with a high quality, professional photo of you and your fave celebrity. These are NOT meet and greets. You can't ask for an autograph or hug and will not be able to give the guest a present (that's what Autograph signings are for). You will be brought into the photo booth, given the prompt "Ready?" by the photographer, and the photographer will snap the photo. You will need to exit the booth immediately following your photo. The whole process will take a few seconds. Photo Op times are limited so this ensures that every fan in line will be able to get their photo.
No. Photo ops are now sold per session as opposed to per guest. For example, you can opt to purchase a Mr. X photo op for his Friday session, his Saturday session or his Sunday session. There will be a limited amount of photo ops per session. Once a session sells out, you can purchase photo ops for the next available session, and once they all sell out, no more will be available. Lining up more than 15 minutes prior to your photo op will result in security asking you to leave the area until it is time for your photo op. We ask that you arrive between 5 and 15 minutes prior to your photo op. Once the line moves, it moves very quickly and often those that arrive closest to the session time wait the least amount of time.
Yes, an admission ticket is a pre-requisite to getting a photo op. Please ensure you purchase an admissions ticket prior to purchasing any photo ops. If you purchase a photo op without purchasing admission, in the case that the event is sold out, we will not be offering refunds for missed photo ops.
The best way to avoid missing out is to purchase your photo ops online prior to the show. If you wait to purchase your photo op onsite, then you run the risk of it being sold out.
If you are late arriving and the Guest has already departed, you will have forfeited your photo op and will not receive a refund. If you miss your photo op, you will also not receive a refund.
If you no longer wish to obtain a photo with a Guest, you can exchange your ticket for another guest, providing the photo session has not already started. Photo op refunds will be available up to 7 days prior to the start of the event.
Absolutely. You may purchase additional print copies and/or JPEGs when you by online or onsite for an extra $10 each.

Autographs are strictly prohibited in the photo op area, but can be purchased in the NYCC Autographing Area.
Please do not bring gifts for the Guests during their photo ops. This creates delays while they hand off the gifts to someone else. As a general rule of thumb, it is recommended that Fans do not present Guests with gifts as they often do not have space to fit the gifts into their luggage or they can’t bring the gifts home with them. Gifts of food and/or beverage are strictly prohibited.
Personal cameras are strictly prohibited in the photo op area.
It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to look how they want to look for their photo. The Guests cannot return to the photo op area for retakes, so before you arrive for your photo op, please make sure that you appear how you would like to present yourself for your photo. The photographer will try to catch things like closed eyes before you leave the photo op area.
The price of a photo is the price per posed picture, not per person. The number of Fans that can be in a posed picture is four. Beyond four Fans, a second photo op must be purchased. Children 5 and under do not count towards the four Fan limit.
If you lose your ticket and/or don’t bring your online purchase ticket, visit customer support on site to have a new ticket printed.
