NYCC Reservations
Main Stage Presented by Walmart Collectibles
NYCC reservations are a way to secure a seat to see a Main Stage or Empire Stage panel, to secure your spot in line for your chance to buy this years’ latest Funko POP!, or to snag a free autograph from some of our authors or guests who are participating in Private Autographing. This way, you'll be able to plan out your NYCC ahead of time rather than wait in another line.
How do reservations work?
Empire Stage & Main Stage Panel Reservations: Reservations for ALL Empire and Main Stage panels will operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Anyone with a NYCC 2026 ticket assigned to their email address can visit the reservation site when it opens and reserve available panels until they are full.
*NEW THIS YEAR* Funko Exclusives & Private Autographing Random Reservations: We’ve heard your feedback and this year’s limited inventory experiences such as Funko exclusives, author autographing, and other private autographing sessions will move to a random reservation system, which allows you to rank and submit your choices in order of preference for the chance to receive that reservation.
All fans with tickets assigned to their email address will have an opportunity to select their preferred items in priority order – item 1, item 2, item 3, and so on – and can reshuffle that order as many times as they want while the reservation selection window is open (dates found below!). Once entries close, an awarding process runs behind the scenes and assigns spots at random based on each fan’s ranked preferences. If you receive a reservation, an email notification will be sent to you.
Please note: entering selections does not guarantee the reservation. Reservation time slots are assigned at random and you can not select or change to a specific time.

You will be notified if you are awarded your selected reservations starting September 30 through October 2.
All NYCC 2026 tickets need to be transferred AND accepted before September 9.

Where can I see what requires a reservation?
Visit our panel and programming schedule and sort the list by the "Reservation Needed" tag on the side.
What do I need to make reservations?
You will only need NYCC 2026 tickets assigned to your email address. Make sure you accept any ticket transfers assigned to you in My Tickets!
My Tickets will shut down on September 9 prior to reservations beginning. Please be sure to have your tickets assigned and accept any transfers before that time or you will be unable to make reservations.
How many reservations can I make?
Funko Exclusives: You can select one (1) Funko booth entry PER THE WHOLE SHOW.
Private Autographing: You can select up to one (1) Private Autographing PER THE WHOLE SHOW.
Panels: You can reserve up to four (4) for Thursday, five (5) for Friday, five (5) for Saturday, and three (3) for Sunday.
Important notes:
Make sure you’re only selecting the reservations you want. Once you’ve completed the reservations process for panels, and once the selection process closes on September 16 for Funko and Private Autographing, you will not be able to make any changes.
Everyone needs to make their own reservations separately. If you have not transferred tickets to your friends and/or family members’ email addresses, do it now! You will only be able to make reservations for one of each badge type. For example, if you have two Friday tickets under your email address, you can only make reservations for ONE of those Friday tickets. The other Friday ticket will be unable to have reservations tied to them.
Arrival times:
For Funko exclusives, please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start time.
For panels on the Main Stage, please arrive at the Queue Hall in 1C (Level 1, Hall C) 35 minutes prior to the panel's start time.
For panels on the Empire Stage, please head up to Level 5 at least 35 minutes prior to the panel's start time.
Where can I see my reservations once they’re made?
Once you complete your Panel Reservations and if you are awarded any Funko or Private Autographing selections, you’ll receive an email confirmation that has your reservations listed. Reservations will also be visible in the mobile app once it launches.

FAQs
Do I need to be Fan Verified?
All you NEED to have is a valid NYCC ticket for the day of the reservations you want, and that ticket needs to be assigned to your email address and accepted by you in My Tickets.
Can I bring my kids with me?
Children under 12 will be permitted to enter panel reservations with a parent. Seating may not be available and is first-come, first-served. Children are also able to accompany parents in line for exhibitor exclusives or private autographing, but are not eligible to shop or participate in the experience.
If I transfer my ticket to a friend or family member, do they get my reservations tied to my ticket?
Nope. If you transfer your ticket, the reservations are canceled. Each person must make their own reservations separately.
Will schedules be posted before reservations launch so I know what to reserve?
All Main Stage and Empire Stage panels will require reservations alongside select private signings and author autographing. View our full schedule for more information.
Do I need my physical badge in hand to make or select my reservations?
Nope, but you do need to have your ticket purchased and assigned to your email address to make reservations. This lets us know that you have a valid NYCC ticket and what days you're attending! When you do receive your badge, either by mail or when you pick it up with your ticket confirmation at Will Call, make sure to activate your badge prior to entering NYCC so your reservations link to your physical badge.
Can you reserve a Main Stage panel that ends at the same time an Empire Stage panel begins?
No. Panels that overlap cannot be reserved as you must be in line 35 minutes in advance to guarantee your reservation.
How do I know if my badge type is eligible for reservations?
All badge types are eligible for reservations, with the following exceptions: Exhibitor, Premium Exhibitor, Artist Alley, Writers Block, Vendor, Panelist, Crew, Staff, Talent, and Back of House.
Will there be a standby line?
There will be very limited standby lines for the Empire Stage, Main Stage, and Funko Booth entry.
Funko will have a limited standby line. Check back closer to the event for more information on how to join that line.
Please note standby at all locations is extremely limited and is not guaranteed.
Will other panels have reservations?
Only panels in the Empire Stage and Main Stage will have reservations available. All other panel rooms will be first come, first served unless the panel is separately ticketed.
Can I change the time of my Exhibitor Exclusive or Private Autographing Reservation?
Due to the extremely limited inventory on these reservations, we are unable to change times for your awarded sessions. If you have a conflicting celebrity photo op or autograph, please reach out to Epic Photo Ops to inquire about changing to a different photo op or autograph session.
Do VIPs get priority for Exhibitor Exclusives and Private Autographing?
NYCC VIPs will receive priority access to exhibitor exclusives and private autographing sessions. VIPs will participate in the same reservation ranking window but will receive priority consideration during the random reservation awarding process. Please note: this is not guaranteed access, and you may not get all the reservations you want.
To make it fair to fans with all badge types, there will be inventory across all reservations for both VIPs and fans with general admission tickets.
When will I learn about whether I was awarded an Exhibitor Exclusive or Private Autographing reservation?
Awarding will take place the week of September 28. Once complete, fans will receive an email informing them of their reservations. Click on the links above to view your reservations. Your reservations will also be visible in the mobile app.
