During Exhibitor Move-In/Set-Up. Exhibitors may continue to work on their booths until 9:00 PM however, they must stay within the exhibit hall. Once an individual leaves the Hall, re-entry will be NOT be permitted.

DRIVER CHECK-IN
All event-related deliveries should be directed at 369 12th Avenue. All deliveries for an event must be received by your event’s General Service Contractor as Javits does not accept advanced deliveries. Prior to gaining access, all drivers are required to check in at one of two javitscenter.com 429 11th Ave, New York, NY 10001 check-in offices on 12th Avenue. Drivers should register in advance at the link on the Javits website or by scanning the QR code onsite to expedite the delivery process. Drivers will be notified via SMS text for further delivery instructions.

Any use of the NYCC logo on printed or digital materials MUST be approved by the NYCC team prior to being printed or promoted. All uses of the NYCC logo must adhere to our Logo and Brand Guidelines. Please email us a sample of how you plan to use the logo and we will provide feedback quickly.
