Getting to the Javits Center & Entering NYCC
The Javits Center is located in Manhattan at 429 Eleventh Avenue. Although that’s the Javits Center’s official address, the building is massive and spans five city blocks, stretching from West 34th Street—the area of the convention center known as the Crystal Palace—up to 39th Street, where the new expansion building, North Javits, is located.
Our Blue Entrance for Will Call/Badge Pick-Up, VIP and ADA fans is located at the Crystal Palace on 11th and 34th Street. Our Green Entrances for fans with general admission tickets (Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 4-Day and Sidekicks) are located on 11th and 38th Street (Green Entrance North) 34th Street halfway between 11th and 12th Avenues (Green Entrance South).
The easiest way to get to the Javits Center is via the 7 train to the 34th-Hudson Yards Station. The convention center is just one block away!

Getting to NYC
Below is a quick overview of the best ways to reach Manhattan from anywhere in the world, but NYC Tourism’s Getting to NYC page has much more detail on all the possibilities if you need to dive in further.
By Plane
If you’re coming from far away, you’ll want to fly into one of the New York City area’s major airports: John F. Kennedy International Airport, LaGuardia Airport or Newark Liberty International Airport.
By Train
Those starting from a nearby suburb can reach NYC by NJ Transit (arriving at Penn Station), Long Island Rail Road (Grand Central Madison and Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station), Metro-North Railroad (Grand Central Terminal). Amtrak (Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station) also offers comfortable, convenient service to NYC from cities near and far.
By Bus
From other East Coast cities, you can reach NYC by bus from companies like Megabus, FlixBus and Greyhound, as well as other local carriers.
By Car
Driving to or within NYC? Use Google Maps or Waze to get directions and navigate City streets, and plan ahead for where to park using ParkWhiz or SpotHero. There’s also street parking and plenty of parking garages, and some hotels offer package deals that include parking.
NOTE: Congestion pricing is now in effect for areas of Manhattan south of 61st Street. If renting a vehicle make sure you inform the rental company if you intend to drive in this area and get a car with a E-ZPass transponder. Passenger and small commercial vehicles will be charged $9 to enter the zone during peak hours (5am–9pm weekdays, 9am–9pm weekends). The cost is reduced to $2.25 during overnight hours (9pm–5am weekdays, 9pm–9am weekends) This charge is assessed once per day per vehicle with a valid E-ZPass, meaning you can enter and leave the zone several times a day and only be charged $9 max. The peak rate charge will increase to $12 in 2028 and $15 in 2031. Drivers without an E-ZPass will pay more: you’ll get a “Tolls by Mail” bill (sent to the registered owner of the vehicle) and pay $13.50 for peak hours and $3.30 off-peak. For more information, including the full toll schedule, visit mta.info.
Getting around the City
New York is an excellent walking city, and exploring by foot is the best way to familiarize yourself with its neighborhoods and their (sometimes subtle) divisions. When you need to move faster or cover great distances, subways, buses trains, bikes, trams and taxis are all at your disposal. Check out NYC Tourism’s Getting Around page for much more detail.
MTA Subways and Buses
An OMNY contactless payment or a MetroCard (until they’re fully retired by the end of 2025) gets you access to trains and buses that travel to nearly every corner of the City. All public transit buses are accessible to people with disabilities, as are portions of the subway system.
Taxis
Cabs are a quick, convenient way to get around the five boroughs, as are popular app-based options like Uber and Lyft.
Other
Ferries, bicycles, pedicabs and one cool tram are all great ways to get around New York.
Parking
Fans can book a convenient and affordable parking in advance through SpotHero, the nation's leading parking reservations app.
