With the evolving nature of the COVID-19 situation, a lot is changing quickly. We are constantly looking at the published guidance from federal, state and local health authorities and government and trying to make decisions that can accommodate all of our customers and promote a safe gathering. THE TICKET MAILING DEADLINE FOR 2023 WILL BE ANNOUNCED WHEN TICKETS GO ON SALE.
If you are purchasing your tickets before the ticket mailing deadline, your tickets will be mailed via USPS to the address you enter. For any tickets purchased after the 2023 ticket mailing deadline, you will need to bring a copy of your email confirmation to the Will Call counters onsite at the Javits Center to pick up your NYCC ticket.
After the ticket mailing deadline we will not be able to make edits to your mailing address. If you move after the ticket mailing deadline, make sure to have your mail forwarded to your new address!
Tickets will not being to mail until late August through late September 2023.
International orders will have the option to have tickets mailed or picked up at Will Call.
Yes! Your ticket is the physical badge that will get you into NYCC. All fans aged 6 years-old and up need a ticket in order to attend New York Comic Con 2023. Kids 5 years-old and under can attend NYCC free of charge.

Once you purchase a ticket it is yours to have and to hold forever… or at least until NYCC 2023. We don’t offer refunds on any NYCC tickets; however, if you have a ticket type that is currently sold out, you can resell it on the Lyte Ticket Exchange. Read more about Lyte here.
Sunday Kids tickets are only valid for kids 6-12 while supplies last and purchase of an adult badge valid for Sunday is required. The child must be aged 6-12 on the first day of New York Comic Con 2023 to qualify for a Kids badge. We highly recommend that you purchase your Sunday Kids badges early as they will sell out quickly after they go on sale. Please be prepared to show proof of age onsite.
If a kid 6-12 would like to attend NYCC on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday (or Sunday if Sunday Kids tickets are already sold out), the purchase of an adult single day ticket for them is required. Kids 13 and older will need to purchase adult tickets.
All NYCC merchandise purchased during registration before the ticket mailing deadline will ship with your tickets so you can wear your new geeky merch to the show!
Will Call is where you will go to pick up tickets, including any orders placed after the ticket mailing deadline or any international orders placed. We will post Will Call hours closer to the show on our FAQ page.
Tickets and/or badges (“Tickets”) for the NYCC event (“Event”) are non-refundable and cannot be reproduced or upgraded. Tickets may only be resold through the Lyte Ticket Exchange, and are otherwise non-transferable. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the Tickets is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the Ticket without compensation. Each Ticket must be used by the same person (the “Attendee”) for each day of the Event and such use is at all times subject to the Terms of Service for Participation in the Event, which is made available on the Event website. The Event’s operating hours, schedules, guests and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each Ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. ReedPop is not responsible for lost or stolen Tickets. The Attendee acknowledges there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to Attendees of the Event and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. By accepting this Ticket and attending the Event, the Attendee freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Attendee may sustain as a result of attending the Event, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of ReedPop.
