• Portfolios can be dropped off at the Cosplay Admin Table, located in Hall 1E near the VIP lounge.

• Anyone with a NYCC Badge

Portfolio Review Details

• You MUST fill out a Portfolio review sheet with your portfolio.
• Portfolios MUST contain your contact information. This includes your full name, cell phone number, and e-mail address.
• There are no same-day portfolio reviews. You must drop off on Thursday for a chance to receive a review Friday. Drop off Friday for a chance to receive a review on Saturday. You must have a convention ticket to participate.
• Artists should return each morning to the COSPLAY ADMIN TABLE on Friday, October 9, and Saturday, October 10, to learn if they were chosen for a portfolio review. The review schedule will be posted along with the location for the reviews.
• Review sessions are limited to artists only.
• Not all submissions will be chosen for review.
• Portfolios should contain your contact information as well as a drop-off form. Forms will be available in the COSPLAY ADMIN TABLE.
• Do not leave original work with us. Whatever your portfolio contains, make sure you keep the original work. We cannot be responsible for any lost or misplaced work.
• Please respect the editor's time and opinion
• Not all submissions will be chosen for review.
