Writers Block is many things:
It’s authors! We’ll have more than 60 authors of prose books and graphic novels in attendance. From superstars -- like Rachel Smythe, Cassandra Clare, VE Schwab, and many more -- to debut authors, to indie published authors, we’re excited to present our biggest, best line-up of writers…ever!
It’s programming! If content is king, Writers Block is bona fide royalty. We’ll have spotlight events with many of your favorite writers; panels on topics ranging from Writing in Someone Else’s Universe to The Horror, The Horror, to the Rise of Romatasy, and so much more; and signings with your bestselling and celebrated authors throughout the four days of the show.
It’s Writers Block on the floor! Brand new for this year, we’re adding a section of tables in Artist Alley – right next to our official show bookseller, Barnes & Noble, Union Square – featuring acclaimed indie authors. And of course, some of your favorite publishers will have booths in the exhibit hall, too.
So, clean your reading glasses, get a cup of coffee, and get ready to get literati with it. We look forward to seeing you at our inaugural Writers Block!
